ORDERING GUIDE

Thank you so much for supporting the Capilano PAC with your family photo session!

Please note that prices listed do not include GST (which will be added to the final invoice).

HOW TO ORDER:

  1. Your gallery will be emailed to you by FRIDAY November 10th with the email address provided on the day of the session.

  2. Choose your favourite to print in 8x10”- this is included in your sitting fee. Email or text me the file name (it can be found at the bottom of the picture when you hover over it).

  3. If you wish to purchase digital files, photo prints or other wall art and products, head to the SHOP and add them to your cart (see example below). In order to receive products in time for the Holidays, please submit your orders by WEDNESDAY November 15th.

  4. Don’t forget that for every $50 you spend, you will receive an entry to win a one-of-a-kind beautiful charcuterie board sustainably created by Alexis of Steelwood Design. Her pieces are sold annually in the GOOP Christmas list (good luck trying to purchase her lidded wooden bowl on GOOP this year!), available for purchase at local design stores like INFORM and Polygon Gallery, or beautifying the spaces of Tofino’s Wickaninnish Inn.

 
 

TO NOTE:

  • I will check order emails daily and send out your invoice at the end of each day (great time to double check that I got it right!).

  • Payment is due no later than FRIDAY, November 17th. Payment can be made by email transfer to chang.felicia@gmail.com (preferred) or credit card (via Square). Late orders will be charged an additional $25.

  • Digital orders will be delivered within one week of payment. Your included 8x10” print can be picked up at the school early December. All other physical products will be mailed directly to your home (shipping will be charged).

  • If you would like to work with me in the future, please keep in touch through my newsletter (sent 2-3 times a year). You can sign up for it through my website and by doing so, you will also receive a free pdf with some tips on how to digitally archive your photos.
