CAPILANO FAMILY PHOTOS

This is the last year I will have the privilege of working with Capilano families as my youngest child is in Grade 7! I have some fun things planned for the sessions so I really hope to see as many of you (returning and new faces!) as possible.

IN PREPARATION

WHERE & WHEN

Capilano Family Photo weekend (evening Nov 4, daytime Nov 5&6) will be held at 102-1575 Pemberton Ave (thank you Niki Cuthbert for offering her space!). Sign up is at Munch-a-lunch and when the time comes, please double check your allotted spot. As the sessions are short and sweet, and there are many of you, please be on time (even a little early would be great to get you checked in). Parking is available around the back and entry will be through the back door.

WHAT TO WEAR

Having a panic attack about what to wear for your upcoming family photo day at Capilano Elementary?

Worry NOT.

Wear what’s comfortable or wear what’s themed (think Christmas pajamas or ugly holiday sweaters??), but please DON’T show up in matching plaid shirts and khaki pants, or all white and all black tops for the whole family. Think complimentary patterns and colours, not exactly the same ones.

Bottom line is, the WHAT really doesn’t matter, as long as you feel good and are ready to have some fun!

ABOUT THAT FAMILY PET, and then some

Please bring along yours! They are part of your family after all. Dogs, cats, lizards, furry creatures. I may draw the line at snakes, but if it’s really well behaved, I may just grin and bear it! 

If your child has a special stuffy, or toy, or blanket that they would like included, please bring them!!
